Suncom in my area is offering them for free with approved credit. Try checking out the cell carriers in your area to see what they are offering. You can get a free phone anywhere if you have OK credit but it might not be a Razr. Remember, beggers can't be choosers, lol. ;)

tmobile sometimes gives them out for free... couple of friends got it for free....
cingular, verizon, i dont think they sell it free.....
good advice that i can give u is... go to a place like ney york..(metropolitian).. talk to some authorized dealers....may be they can give u free....
