Prague is like the London of the Czech Republic - everything costs twice as much as in the rest of the countty. Go to the outskirts as he shops get cheaper the further you go from the town centre.
There are some clothes shops in Prague but to be honest I think going shopping for shoes and shirts in one of the most historic and beautiful cities in the world - a place filled with art, music, songs, architecture, castles, museums, resturants and magic - would be an almost criminal waste of a fabulous opportunity. You can actually buy things like this before you go to Prague and take them with you - they sell them in places like Marks & Spencer and JJB Sports.
