how can I look my best for the first day of school

Wear something that shows your personality. If your girly, a cute skirt and tanks. If your sporty, maybe bermudas and layered tanks. You could buy something from a store like Aeropostale, Old Navy, or Hollister. Check out magazines for examples that suite your personality. If your not interested in buying something, dig out an outfit that you haven't put together before, and add a cute accesory. Good Luck!

OK, First of all, you have to make a good impression. That means BE CONFIDENT! Dont you agree that its more fun to be with a friend thats positive rather than negative? Second, dress the part. Now I dont know what the trends are at your school, but make sure to wear something thats not to cheap, yet not like look at me im the richest kid in the school, and that will make kids automatically not like you. For hair, take a shower. Blow dry hair ALL THE WAY dry so that it doesnt get wavy or frizzy. After its all the way blow dried, use a straightener to give it the just out of the salon look. Finally, dont wear to much makeup. Its alright to highlight the good parts of your face, that looks fine but dont walk into school with bright red christina aguilera lips and smoky eyes. Make sure you don't do something over the top ezpecially if you don't plan on doing that for the rest of the year. In other words compete with your first day of school outfit throughout the year. I'd wear something that would give a good impression on the teachers but not too goody-goody. Like if you want to wear a jean mini wear leggings. Maybe a bubbly skirt/ ballet flats/ tank/ denim jacket. I am considering that for myself.

Well... wear something nice and expensive, something cool and comfortable, nothing ridiculous. Don't mix with the wrong people and ALWAYS remember this phrase: "There's no second chance to make a first impression", and u'll be fine

go to a spa and get a facial... wear really light-to-no make up
(like, mascara on your top lashes only and lip balm--keep it really simple), let your glowing skin do it's thing... remember to just smile, having a good disposition will make you look really vibrant and you'll feel good bc it's your real beauty shining through

a nice hair style that you like and look good in and make up if you wear any that compliments your skin and clothes that fit and are not tight as in a tramp.
