Yes, clear temp iinternet files it does slow you down..Plus defrag after you have deleted them..Good Luck

Temp files does not slow a Internet connection down but rather takes up space on your hard drive. It's good to try and keep those files clear for your computer to run smoothly. Clearing them once a week would be fine.

It doesn't slow it down but you should clean it out once in a while.

it does slow you down try emptying it everyonce a week atleast!
