No, no, no that's one of those yankee state's laws. In the south you must have killed the animal for a goat roast before having sex with it to get that $5 fine. In Mississippi the fines $3.

Well at least in the south, they can be fined. In the north, goat fornication is something that just comes natural. As well as horses and cows.
