The View,Desparate Housewives,Sex in the City, and The Simple Life. It seems that whenever you make a TV show cast full of women it inevitable that they argue and feud. why is that?

Shows with mainly male cast never seem to have problems. Law and Order,Sportscenter,CSI etc..
They run for years without problems. When its a mainly female cast the show self destructs within commonly within the 2nd or 3rd year. Cast members start leaving the show .Other examples of this would be Designing Women and Charmed.

While Charmed has the distinction of being the longest running female cast series with 8 years. It too had its problems with the feud between Shannen Doherty and Alyssa Milano. Which ultimately ended with Shannen Doherty departure from the show.

Look...it is cae by case. In reality i thought that Sex in the City was pablum.....Whining, complaining, the "It's all about me syndrome..." ~ It is the scriptwriting....and writers know what will catch the eye of another...or ear in this case....so now the media is saturated with minutiae. Desperate housewives I could never get through..... although the women in darien Connecticut acted just in that manner....someone would HAVE to pay me in order to even consider turning on my TV for this crap. I am NOT like those characters. Nor will I be.
Thanks.....

These are just stupid rumours made up by trashy magazines who have no real stories, which may be out there if the moles who worked for them actually did some work instead of rooting the janitor during their lunch break

I don't think that's limited to celebrities.

I made a comment last week to a co-worker that I would prefer to just work with men because women create too much drama.

Most guys really don't care for drama and have more important things to do and can move on to something else.

Many girls, however, are not like this. They like to start drama, keep it going as long as possible, and a lot are catty and are just straight up bitches. That's why I can't stand other girls! =]

We like to think that one of the great mysteries of our species is the mystery of female behavior. Females tell me that females simply are more competitive among themselves than men. They also often find it difficult to trust each other, especially when it involves a hot or wealthy male or opportunity.

I agree it's a jealousy/competition thing. If men feel the same way about other men (that guy's better-looking than I am!), they're probably less inclined to show it for fear of looking like a pansy.

Well, I think that alot of what we hear is speculation. We don't know what ACTUALLY goes on behind the scenes. I think that it sells magazines and gets people to watch Access Hollywood, so they like to play up something small and turn it into a feud.

Well... I guess women have to compete with each other over looks and talent. Men don't really do that unless two of them are fighting over one woman.

Because in my experience, women just don't get along well with each other.
I see that men make better long-term friends and simply get along better than women. Only thing men fight about is women. Women fight about all kinds of petty stuff.
