Is there a program that allows you to present a computer video as if it is coming from your Web cam?

When installed click the broadcast tab (on the right) drag'n'drop your video over the video button.. done :)

In the chat program select your webcam device as StickerCam (not your regular webcam) and they will see your video scaled to fit (or you can use the zoom slider in stickercam to zoom/pan etc)

some video chat programs allow it. they should not. some people have connected up cam corders, which show tapes instead of live video.
