He tells it like that is and is straightforward at the same time with his suggestions what works and what would not..He did not get the position he's with basically that smile and those dimples!!! My opinions would probably be closer to Simon's. Lately, he's been pretty accurate in his reviews. I might not be as nasty about conveying my opinion as he is but he does keep it real and I like that.
