I hated that show and I hate Clive Dunn. I don't remember that ending BTW. He was a pain in the tulips when Dad's Army was on. He spoiled it for me.

Is it to do with the song "Grandad we love you, grandad we do, though you may be far away we think of you" Ahhh bring back happy memories of my grandparents.
