the kind of head shop thatI 'm talking about are the BUSTERS, not the BUSTEES. The shop operators are worfking with the drug law enforcers in this scenario

I don't think those businesses are a front, as it would provide a limited sort of return. If you take the time to set it up, staff, and fill it with product, you could only get a very few nuber of busts from that investment, before the word would be spread to avoid it, for fear of reprisal. You see similar short-term set-up on COPS, but they can only run those for a period of hours from a steet corner before the word is out on the street and the usefulness is spent.

Dopers have good reasons for being paranoid anyway. Not because maybe the local head shop tells on them but because they are a plague on honest folk. I am waiting for a hunting season on them myself. Head shops generally sell things for the expansion of ones mind, not for the killing of ones mind. For those kinds of products you only need to go to your local drugstore, get it? Drug Store.
