when I try to watch a music video it says I need to download the Windows Media Player 9 . So I download it and restart my computer. Then I try to watch a music video again and it still says I need to download the Windows Media Player 9. I do not know what to do.

Try searching for the video on youtube or you could download windows media player 10.

Try downloading quicktime. They i think are partners with windows, also try doing it through itunes. The link is below.

then there something wromg with you computer or you may have a virus or even spy ware
