I hate it too but when u are in a swim club at the gym u bear no hard weight bearing crap on ur joints u don't sweat either :) swim aerobics are good they have classes with weight u walk around pool and legs exercising and fun things get the girls together once a week keep ur butt arms breasts tummy in tone then after u can sit in the jacuzzi and after chill out so mellow and it is a good thing- the water is good weight to resist for toning but not hard on U if u dont live near a pool in a ywca or girls club or gym then biking is good but u sweat then

Walking is the best excersise you can get...maybe you can start walking places instead of driving, and don't push it by running, etc...All of it takes up your time, but walking is awesome, just leave a little earlier...I walk three and a half miles, everyday..it keeps me in great shape for a woman of 56. Good luck

Go for a bike ride,Take dancing lessions thats so fun and burns alot of calories.

Stretching exercises can be more beneficial and take up something that can be fun - tap dancing for example.

traditional exercise bores the crap out of me too, so i took up surfing and wake boarding, theyre both fun and you get an extreem work out from it......and results in a great bod

I like doing the eliptical machine. It works you out good nice and fast!

I love cycling. Having a good bicycle makes it more enjoyable. It makes you want to ride.
