Roman art is very similar to Greek art, mainly because the Romans thought Greek art was so beautiful. They would either hire or enslave Greek artisans and have them paint or sculpt in the Greek style.

The art of ancient Greece has exercised an enormous influence on the culture of many countries until the present, particularly in the areas of sculpture and architecture.

nothing really but the name if u were to stand the both up besides each other and not tell any body the diffrence between them they couldn't tell which was which
