ok im n band and we have 2 pairs of pants in 2 different colors white and black. and when we go 2 competetions we wear white but what would i do if i had my period and we had a competetion?

if you are have a concert and its during the time that you expect your period, take the necessary precautions to protect your clothes (tampons pads--from a brand that you really trust)
the show must go on!

wear a tampon...plus put a pad on or a panty liner......just in case and you will be fine
