India cannot improve.

The US, after giving Technology, will like to challange the use of
fuel for Military purposes( When India goes against US International Policies like Iran, North Korea, Taiwan, and Coke/Pepsi, FDI, WTI, Reactor building etc.) by India. With the pretext of saying that India is either selling the technology to Iran or any other country, or diverting the fuel for its' Military use would force entry in to India's Military Reactors for evaluating and auditing. The auditing would be done by US or IAEA( where US will have more say at that point of time), to prove their point. Expressing doubts, Like they had done in case of Iraq, they will impose serious sanctions for India or raid it directly or indirectly via Pakistan. Their history of the past is absolutely evidencing.

India should pull back and continue doing what they are doing. India should forget that Russia would help them during war. India is already branded as a worst SOFT STATE, UNABLE TO DELIVER FOR VOTE BANK POLITICS.

Manmohan & Chidmbaram are only concerned about FDI from US and higher Sensex and would succumb to all the US pressure to rape the Rural Indian Economy and all the citizens, who are poor.
