this is in response to the moron called britsurfer1. What do i have to come over to help you install zonealarm the right way. My god you have to be so stupid to mess up an installation. You should have your pc taken away. You are too stupid to own a pc. Zonealarm is the best firewall antvirus and antispyware program ever to come out. Just because you screwed up so horribly during the installation doesnt mean you can put this great product down. I suggest you go back to school and learn about computers. And this time stay awake for the classes and stop sleeping. Dumba**. I have zonealarm and i havent gotten any virus yet. Unlike Nortons and AVG and Mcafee they are all crap. I took mine out back and blew them sky high. No more problems there.

Go to ZoneAlarm and turn off virus protection, then run Firefox again and download the update.

I don't use zonealarm so haven't had that problem. Mozilla is trust worthy so just set firefox as an exception in zonealarm, then it will ignore it.

I used ZA Suite for awhile, Until I tried Avast AntiVirus and it found 2 Viruses that ZA let slip by, the one you are getting now is called a "False Positive", ZA is good for that... Try something else, save yourself the headache down the road

You have to configure Zone Alarm to allow that download. Watch for the Download program and add that to the allowed programs section.

get rid of zone alarm and get symantec or norton, then get spybot search and destory and ad-aware se (both on download.com so you know theyre reliable) and never worry about your computer viruses, spyware or bad interactions with other programs again.
