I'm assuming given as this is in the Women's Health section of Yahoo! Answers you mean when is the best time to get pregnant out of your menstrual cycle – in which case if you are a woman yourself, for that matter if you are a man too, you should learn about female sexual anatomy, sexual intercourse and conception long before you attempt to have children yourself. To be blunt, this is basic biology, that not nearly enough people seem to be aware of.

When you are fertile, within a typical menstrual cycle (28 days on average, first day of true menstrual bleeding is day 1) the day of ovulation would be around day 12-16, typically on day 14, however it can vary from woman to woman, the only way of knowing for sure would be by using tracking methods such as Fertility Awareness Method [FAM], Natural Family Planning [NFP], Billings Ovulation Method or less in depth methods such as ovulation tests from pharmacy, CycleBeads, Persona or Ladycomp/Babycomp.

[FAM and NFP are around 97% effective as birth control with perfect use – not to be confused with rhythm method, which is not very effective at all]

Women are typically fertile for around 30% of their cycle, this is the day of ovulation (12-16) and the days prior when fertile quality cervical mucus is produced – mucus is essential to conception as this keeps the sperm alive within the acidic environment of the vagina and gives sperm a means by which they can reach the egg at ovulation (sperm can live up to 5 days within fertile quality cervical mucus).

age u mean when ur done with school and set and ready financially- timing of month her goes during ur ovulation time. ex" u star menses on a day then count 14 days from the 1st day this is ovulation day but to be safe or sure u count 4 days before that 14rth day and 4 days after that 14rth day as some women are dif to ovulate but that's the window and also if u have relations during that time those marked off days it is called the rhythm method not safe to engage in relations unless u want the chance to get pregnant also on those days u mark off take ur temperature as ur body temp will rise a tad bit by a point or 2 for ovulating and a this watery discharge comes out as well to pass thru sperm..

If you are talking about when in your cycle, about the middle of your cycle - usually over several days, as others say. Your temperature goes up very slightly when you ovulate. But you might not ovulate every month, so there is no perfect way. Stay healthy - it helps. Sperm survives in the body for up to a couple of days after sex, so even if you have sex before you've ovulated, you may still get pregnant.
And if you are asking about when to get pregant in your life in general, well that's up to you.
Good luck

Apparently when you've had a few bevies!! Isn't that how all teenagers get pregnant nowadays? My mate and her husband conceived their first child after a boozy night out!
As long as it's the right time for you and your partner and you have the time, love and money to bring a child into the world, then go for it whenever!

The best time to get pregnant is most of the time when you are matured enough to give birth. In addition, when you can treat the baby very carefully.

If you are a man there is no best time to getting pregnant.
If you are a woman there is no best time to getting pregnant.
Stop making babies people we are just breeding workers for the SYSTEM - if humans stopped making babies then the Earth would last longer in this Milky Way.

I got pregnant both times on a wednesday. my periods always started on a wednesday so try exactly 2 weeks after your periods start. My babies were both born on a sunday at full term plus 4 days so i think your body has its own cycle. you just need to work it out.

First, when you are married and both feel it is the right
timing and have the money to support the child. Second,
do it on three days in a row 10/11/12th. after your period
and wear panties and a sanitary towel immediately after
without standing up. Sleep well and good luck.

I would say late 20's. And half way between the end of your period and the start of the next one.
