okay i know stephen is pronounced like steven...but i want the boy verison of stephanie...how can you spell this name to give it a F sound instead of V...if you have differnet ways of spelling it please list them

I can't come with with any other spelling ideas. But FYI, Stephen is pronounce Steffan in some European countries.

I don't know if this is a popularly accepted version of the name but try spelling it Stefan if you really want to have a name like that.

Normally it is spelled Stefan and pronounced /STE fan/. I think it is the German spelling and pronunciation.
