I not only believe in gaurdian angels, I met mine.
When I was 15 years old my brother, who was 31 years old at the time, was involved in an automobile accident that ended his life. We lived in Los Angeles County at the time but his accident was out side of Santa Rosa Calif. Quite a ways up north of L. A. He had been flown to Fresno to a hospital up there because of his injuries. We made it there before he passed away so we were able to say our good byes. When we received the news while waiting in the waiting room every one lost it. Except for me. I knew that I had to be strong for my mom and his wife.
The next few hours were a blur but it was decided that my mom and sister in law were not able to make the drive back down south so our pastor was called and he flew up and drove us back.
I went with my mom to the airport and since we had no idea where we were we got lost. We ended up in front of the greyhound bus depot. This tall, thin, transient looking black man walked right up to our car and asked us if we had got lost while looking for the airport. (How did he know?) I have no idea how he knew. He said he would show us how to get there. My mom told me to scoot over and let him in. Of course I thought she had lost it. Not because of his color but because she had always taught me not to talk to strangers and here she was letting one into our car.
He got in and told her what direction to head. He then looked at me, (this whole time my mom had not said my name, not once), and said "Becky you don't need to be so worried." "I have been watching over you for a long time and plan on doing so for a lot longer."
I knew for sure he was a nut then, but then he started telling me things that he could not have known about me and my past and my future.
To make a long story a little shorter :) We talked about all sorts of things. I asked him his name and he told me that It was Corinthian, but to call him Tom. My favorite Bible chapter is I Corinthians 13.
We picked up Pastor Ron and started the drive back. When asked where Corinthian wanted to be let out he led us to this vast empty piece of land. Grass was about a foot tall at the most and you could see the lights of the city a few miles away. He said he lived very close to there. It was a full moon and there was nothing out there, nothing. Ron stopped the car and we said our good byes. Corinthian got out, closed the door and Ron started to take off. I yelled for him to stop because Corinthian had left his Bible laying on the seat, (yes he was carrying a Bible) We went about 30 feet at the most.
I got out and looked back to yell at Corinthian that he left his Bible. He was no where to be seen. Ron and my mom got out and we all were silent. He was NO WHERE. Ron then said or asked one question.
"Do you have a feeling that we were in the presence of an angel unaware?"
My answer was yes and I know what angel to. He is my gaurdian angel.
I will never forget the gift that I and my mom was given on the dreadful day. The gift of an angel to help us through the death of my brother Lee.
I miss you brother very much and thank you Corinthian for being there for me and my mom.

If I do, he's kinda sloppy about doing his job. I think I used to refer to it as a Guardian Idiot. I mean, bad stuff will happen to me, and it's bad that it happens, but then I usually come out of it okay. Picture the Guardian Angel in that Capitol One credit card ad, and I think that's the kind of Angel I got. Maybe he's new at the job or something.

Yes, I believe everyone has a guardian angel and those who choose not to believe may at one stage in their life at a time of need and crisis discover they have one!

Thankyou for your question. Its lovely to see acknowledgement of Angels. Indeed they are there and come close to us often and help us without us knowing how we are helped, we just are.
These days people are so into the physical world that they do not often spare a though for what goes on around us that we cant see with our physicla eyes.
If our spirit is in tune,we can even see Spirit and also communicate with them too. I have had countless spiritual experiences involving Angels, and I am honoured to be aware of them.
Angels are Gods helpers who watch over us from time to time and help us out BIG TIME! We do also have personal spirit guides who are full time with us, trying to help us develop spiritually and to become aware of our Universal interconnectedness.
RESPECT to Angels
Peace

I do, but I usually call them guardian or guardian spirit. I rarely ever use the term "guardian angel".

I think it may well be true, but I think we're all going to find out one day soon, that angels really fly around up there in spaceships.
