Don't stress over the conclusion. Let me tell you, in AP tests, the conclusion is the least looked at area that the graders focus on. The graders want to know where you stand on the question and how you support your points. The conclusion should just sum it up briefly, but take care not to use cliches such as "all in all" or "in conclusion" as this drives some graders crazy! Good Luck and remember relax, the conclusion is the easiest part!
Maybe you should remind the reader of the points you made on your essay about the specific differences with the Spanish and the English. But remember make it brief because you've already covered those differences in your essay.

The conclusion of an essay should just sum up all the points you've made previously in the essay, also possibly saying your own opinion on what you've written about. If you've written the rest of it the conclusion is easy!

Spanish were into murdering looting and slaving and English tended to be small farmers, and later colonists. Try restating your thesis.
