There are several things you can do. Lower your calorie intake. This does not mean be hungry or only eat lettuce. Call your local Weight Watchers office and see how you can eat anything you want as long as you count the "points" and stay in line. They can give you ideas on foods that will satisfy and still be in line. Second, you need to exercise 20 minutes three times per week vigorously. That is not just to burn calories from the exercise, it increases your metabolism rate. It causes your body to burn fat at a faster rate--even while you are sleeping. It lasts a couple of days then wears off and your metabolism is back to low again. So three times per week. This is a minimum. You can exercise more if you want to. Third, limit alcohol. If you don't drink at all, great. If you do, limit it because alcoholic beverages not only have a lot of calories but it will slow down the metabolism your working on. Fourth, occasionally do a clean out of your digestive system. The best way is to eat lots of vegetables, raw or cooked. You can also drink in one sitting a 46 oz bottle of V-8 vegetable juice or the store brand. This will work as a natural laxitive and help you pass the waste faster. This alone will probably make you have a temporary weight loss of 5 or more pounds. The last thing is once you have the weight where you want it, make these things a part of your lifestyle so it will stay off. You will feel so much better!

well if you are a lot over weight then i would say it might work but if you are at about the right weight and you want to loss that much it will be harder... but low carb.. is GREAT!!! 2 weeks don't eat more then 20 grams a carbs a day .. well stick to that for the 3 weeks,... you will losss alot... I am always low carb.. but the lady who lives a crss from me lost 50 pounds in 2 months .. WOW ... so good luck and drink lots of water .. Use slpenda and not nutrasweet ... and take each day at a time.. eat sugar free jello if you need a sweet treat.. lots of eggs tuna salad and good luck

Do NOT take any pills!!!
Drop the soda pop - cut your carbs in half (bread, pasta, rice, etc) and eat more fruits and vegetables.
Eat smaller meals during the day (instead of 3 meals have 6 smaller ones) You will feel fuller throughout the day and can resist the urge to snack.
If you do snack - eat popcorn - the light kind.
Start walking more
You can do it - it is only 3 weeks!

Okay do not eat anything with flour or sugar in it. Eat fruits,veggies,wheat bread and noodles and lean meat.Then do pilates three times a week.You can rent it in a video store on how to do pilates,It is the easiest excerzise u can do with the best results.Oh I forgot only water to drink.Good luck

unless you are 80 pounds or more overweight this can't be done healthfully. but if you are eat around 1,400 calories a day eating lots of fresh produce, some lean meats, some whole grains, and low-fat dairy and excercising 1-2 hours per day including cardiovascular and strength training. i hope this is helpful!

By burning 70,000 calories (ie: in excess of what you're taking into your body) in 21 days.
That means you would have to burn an extra 3,333 calories per day.

20 lbs in 3 weeks is impossible unless you are more than 100 lbs overweight.

20 pounds in 3 weeks is not healthy. I guess you could starve yourself, but that will only make you gain it back quicker.

there is this new thing called turbo jam. i was just watching tv and it was a comercial.u can lose 10 pounds in 10 days and u can burn up to 1000 calories and hour!
