39 can factor to 1 and 3. because 39 id divisable by 1 and 39 is divisable by 3 equals 13

13 can be factor by 13 which equals one (1)

sheesh, david, 39/13 is a fraction and the answer is greater than 1; in fact it's 3. Never seen a fraction that reduces to more than 1 before????

Grab a calculator............... type 39 and the divide button then 13 hit the = sign and Voila. Its the dolly pardon equation the top has to be smaller than the bottom if not you'll do the equation I just showed you. The hard part is when you're dealing with decimals.
