Is the sims 2 worth looking into? and there expansion packs?

Yes, The sims 2 lets you actually get pregnant (grow) have the baby it has aspiration, career rewards, aspiration rewards, wants, fears, lifetime goals, career, you can go to college(university ep), get a car(nightlife ep) and so much more....its so much better and more realistic its worth every penny......The Sims 2 Pets released on Oct. 17......can't wait.

i think it is. i love playing it. its not much more expensive than any other computer game, and its so much fun. i wouldnt get crazy with all the expansions though, after a while everything adding up gets kind of expensive. there is a university, nightlife, business, and soon a pet expansion out, so i would look into those and see which you would want the most. i wouldnt get more than 2, the game can get a bit slow if theres too many things for it. there's the link so you can learn more about all the games! =]

Yes definitely, it is much better than the first one (if you have them already) and it is just fun to control people's lives and stuff, there are currently 4 expansion packs, university, nightlife, open for business, and Family fun stuff, with another one on the way The Glamor life i think...anyway you should try it..

id stick to the original

Sims 2 takes up tons of memory and you need a high performance graphic card to play it

the original is practically the same game except with no aspirations

sims 2 is really fun though
