Im surprised religion has remained untouched from public scrutiny as long as it has. Throughout history hanus acts have been done in the name of god and jesus. Acts such as the Spanish Inquisiton, and the crusades. Moreover, the church helped convicted Nazis to escape to South America after WWII was over. How people close their eyes to these acts is only characterized as complete ignorance. And they continue to do so today.
