I'd like to see the place and experience the culture, people, architecture, food, etc. Will the jews kill me if I go. As an American, It would suck to be killed by American-made weapons.

I have been to the area many, many times.
The Jews will not harm you.
They will protect you.
DO NOT enter Gaza.
It is NOT safe.
Once you have crossed that border there will be no Jews to protect you.
You will be on your own.
And I can assure you - you will NOT be safe.
Believe me - I would love to tell you how I know but for professional reasons, I can not.

food culture and people are good but i dont think u will find anything that has to do with architecture koz israel has ruined everything...and ofcourse it is dangerous and u might get killed even yjough u r american oz they just kill without knowing any thing..that is how jews are

Its a very sensitive spot to be in right now especially after the war in lebanon and the strikes in that region. If you can find someone or some friends to stay with then its good but other wise you would be on your own. You must be very strong and courageous to go there in these awfull times.

i would say that if you went to the Gaza strip, it would be considered dangerous with today's hostilities on high. i would also assume that the danger is compounded for you if you plan on speaking there with the ignorance you spoke with here.
other than that you should be ok.

I don't know how safe it is. But I do know that if you have life insurance and the insurance company finds out, your policy will be canceled. And if something happens to you, the insurance company will not pay the claim.

no you have nothing to fear from the jews but i am not sure how hospitable the arabs would be. i have heard a lot of stories first hand... but the rest of the israel ie:jewish towns are safe
