Depends on the company policy.

Unfortunately, unless extra marital affairs, or affairs amongst company employees and consequences of such, are defined in the employment process and explained to each new employee, there isnt really much legally one could do about it. So to fire an employee for such and the above doesnt exist, opens a pretty good case for a lawsuit. Now if the above does exist, it should be an immediate termination by whoever has the authority to do so. Unfortunately this happens quite often in companies everyday and nothing can be done about it unless it disrupts everyday operations.

Depend on the company's policy. Also if the owner want,he could fire the married man and the lady too.In some companies they do not care about relationships, their focus are in to have a good production work.It is according, of the company's policy.

Doesnt seem right for having a personal relationship BUT yes a person can be fired for things like that that interfere with work and it may be in work manual rules with co workers and relationships. I think if it were hush hush and no one knew about it it might be different and their own business but it sounds like it is interfering with work and employees. Could happen as far as being fired, but they both could get a warning as well. Are you the employee? That is sexual harrassment too on the employee and the employee can legally turn around and get the married man for sexual harrassment. So....it could get ugly on all sides.

If the company has a policy regarding employee relationships, both parties can be fired for breaking that rule. You would have to check the company handbook to find out its policies on interoffice relationships. The fact that he is married won't mean anything, unless his unethical practices refract negatively on the company.

Depends on the policies of the company. Many have written policies against office romances and depending on the company the whole married person thing could get her in trouble too.

Anybody can get fired for anything. There aren't any sure bets in this world. People have been fired for a whole lot less than either of those folks.

It's possible...a lot of companies have a no dating policy. And since the guy is higher on the corporate ladder, chances are she would get the shaft.

they could be fired for this especially if written policy exists.
I think affairs should be outside of work because it destroys the workplace cohesion
