I think she was asking theoretically right? Well then I would vote for who? Condi Rice would be a great candidate but she is an American citizen so that defeats the purpose of this question.

Better think again. If anyone can be president, why has every single U.S. president been a descendant of one of the 11 royal Illuminati bloodlines? 34 of the 43 presidents can trace their ancestry back to Charlemagne of France. This is a proven fact.
