I certainly believe so! He's one of those rare people that both sides of the political fence actually like, thus he might have a chance of uniting instead of divinding which is what this country sorely needs in my honest opinion. Unfortunately all the ignorant religious people are going to make it tough for him to make it out of the primaries.

There is one big problem with John McCain (other than his politics). He's a big liar. At first you think he's probably a decent honest guy, but after listening to him for a while you will see he's just like every other rotten politician out there - just a bit smarter.

Not to me, He is to wishy/washy like Mr. Flip/Flop Kerry. But I think Mr. McCain has good intentions and I respect him for defending Our country and also he gave up 5 years of his life as a POW!

Not really. I am a republican and I don't see that he has a firm standpoint on any subject except maybe illegal immigrants. I would rather have a President that took a side and stuck with it to get it resolved.

He's more of the same Washington crowd. I would like to see some new blood come into the arena to provide some serious leadership, it's certianly needed.
