It is just that "JUNK" you can delete it and forget about it OR, at the bottom of all those there are places to unsubscribe from the place that sent it to you. Do not put you E-mail down in any kind of surveys or anything and in about 2-3 weeks you will greatly reduce the amount of "BULK" you get. You will have to "unsubscribe" from every E-mail that you don't want more from.

I know I get over 100 a day. Check the box at the top and then hit delete and the whole page of spams will be gone. Go to the next page and repeat this again.

I wouldn't even waste your time reading the spam mail. Beside the bulk folder is a link that says empty, just click it and empty it out.

Most of your bulk mail is nothing but junk. Click on empty bulk mail and trash it all. Most computer viruses will come through your bulk mail. Again trash it all.

Most of that annoying junk gives you an option at the bottom to "subscribe". This tells them that they are wasting their time with you. Other than that your best bet is to delete them.

Just hit empty and away they go.
Other option is to send it to your e-mail in-box, then label it as spam it may help.

Just don't look at your bulk folder or change your settings to auto delete: Check it out: http://us.f321.mail.yahoo.com/ym/spamoptions?YY=40372&y5beta=yes&y5beta=yes&inc=25&order=down&sort=date&pos=0&view=a&head=b&box=%40B%40Bulk
