I've always had really long, really wide, really flat feet and it's awful trying to find shoes... does anyone know if theres a way to change the shape of your feet, or at least a company that specializes in hard to fit feet at a very reasonable price?

No you cannot change the shape of your feet. If that's all you have to worry about, consider yourself lucky.

There is a store in Wichita, KS that is called good feet. They sell inserts for you shoes that help with flat feet. They are supposed to help with posture also. I don't think you can change the fact that your feet are wide. It is possible to reduce the width by losing weight if that is an issue. I think you can find "Good Feet" on the Internet and see if they might help you. Good luck. As for finding shoes for large wide feet at reasonable Cost, try Payless Shoe Source. They generally Carry lots of wider sizes.

You can't changed the size of your feet. And unfortunatly I have the same problem. I end up gett shoes that are too long for me but fit across perfect. Its really stinks! So I guess I'll take some of these answers to find out were I can get some fitting shoes!

I have the same problem get the new balance shoes they make all difference wide sized I am a female and I wear male shoes because there wider.My dad has wide feet too new balance

well you can go on zappos.com they carry wide width shoes or shoe department store in the mall. I have wide width feet and that came from having kids. good luck.

Payless Shoes usually carries a lot of styles in wide-- I should know! You can try on-line (Zappos.com is good), but if you're like me you'll want to see if they fit before you buy them.

Try your local podiatrist because people are now getting plastic surgery with thier feet so they look good in a pair of Milano's.
