I am thinking about attending school here and I am looking for opinions of anyone who knows anything about this school, especially graduates and current students...

It is regionally accredited. One way to double check this is to see if they offer Federally Subsidized student loans (they do.) The government only gives out loans to regionally accredited schools.

My brother, who hates school, tried Kaplan. They offer 5 8-week mini-semesters per year. Each term, you take two classes. The first term always includes a course on how to study. He also took a Freshman Comp course that term. He got A's in both courses. The second term he took another English class and Business Law. He got so far behind that he gave up, got F's in both courses, and dropped out.

This is a typical pattern for my brother, so it shouldn't reflect poorly on the school.

What I learned from his experience is that they have good material, the instructors are very available, and that you will have to work hard in the program to succeed.

Kaplan's plusses are relatively low tuition for an online school and free textbooks.

By the way, I did my teaching credential online (through another school) and I think highly of online education.

Is it regionally accredited, cuz if it isn't, don't go. You might as well go to Notarealcollege Online University.....There are many regionally-accredited schools that offer online classes. Check into those
