When my large ball python was just finishing off his rat (the tail was still sticking out of his mouth) he had no problems striking and constricting another. I would assuming the same is for wild snakes. Not many animals want to mess with a snake who can and will strike them just for being too close. With over 100 teeth and jaw muscles that would rival a pitbull dog, I would think most animals would stay away from this beast that can eat a goat.

in my view i would not hardship a bargain approximately it in some procedures. i'm in no potential condoning the retaining of an indigenous species, yet I even have achieved it interior the previous with many snakes. whilst i become youthful I continually stored garter snakes as pets for some days to countless months (singles at a time - generally launched them formerly it became too chilly) and in no way had a controversy - in spite of the actuality that I in no way went around telling all of us that I had them. i think of the consequence for having you'll be a economic fantastic.. the quantity in all likelihood looking on your region. the final direction to flow is in all likelihood get into touch with organic worldwide administration once you're hesitant approximately having an unlawful species. i in my view don't be conscious of precisely what that they had do with an straightforward snake.. if that they had abode it or terminate it.. yet in my view i do no longer see a great subject being created from a unmarried snake which you rescued. They although might look at it as you're housing it, in basic terms to launch it lower back into the wild in spring: Will or no longer it extremely is unwell via then and bypass it directly to the wild snakes? That snake might have died extremely certainly if there become no human interference - how does it play out now? If this man or woman has a snake, how many different people have indigenous snakes, and so on. long tale brief: it extremely is lastly on your palms. once you are going to maintain it make certain you analyze the species so it continues to be wholesome. If no longer get into touch with a organic worldwide administration officer and ask him what must be achieved.

Well if it is a snake that is big enough to eat a goat, I am guessing that most carnivore prey is not above it's food chain, and will leave the snake alone.
Snakes have been known to die from eating too large of prey. This is why in captivity, it is recommended to only feed an item the same size as the largest girth part of their body.

Well smaller snakes go off and hide, bigger ones try but normally arn't that succseful. So they may not hide well, but wether they are slow or not there aren't to many animals that are going to maess with asnake big enough to eat a goat.

After eating snakes tend to head back to their "den" to sleep while digesting as it takes a great deal of energy for them to digest their meals.

Wouldn't it scare away all other predators for hearing death screams? They're far away. But yes they are more seseptable to attack and they know it so they are more cautious. to find shelter. once they do find shelter they are so quiet you wont even know they are there.
