goku ofcourse! goku will create a large kamehameha wave and send the hulk to the sun or goku will take him down with a large spirit bomb or goku will just blow up the planet where the hulk is but i don't think he will do that. he is too good to blow up planets.
i doubt also the hulk can kill frieza or imperfect cell. maybe frieza's lasers would end the hulks life in seconds or imperfect cell would just absorb him.

It depends. If your basing it on sheer power then Goku could just incinerate the Hulk. If you are basing it on speed, Hulk hands down. It takes Goku like 10 episodes to power up. By the time he is ready to attack the Hulk can beat the tar out of him. If you are going on personality, Hulk wins again. Goku always repeatedly offers to let his opponent live.

Goku's powerful but I'd have to give it to the Hulk. Goku's got the whole ape-thing down, but let's not forget that there is a Green AND Gray Hulk. AND that Hulk, first and foremost, is a scientist. He's got the brains and brawns. All he's got to do is let Goku piss him off enough and use that strength he gains to crush Goku like a fly on the wall.

Another who would win.... I wish people would be more specific and tell us which version of the combatants they are using. I will be using the most powerful versions... a really, really pissed of savage Hulk and SS4 Goku. This fight assumes two other factors: no bystanders/ friends and in a place where they could let loose.
Despite his power Goku loses. The premise is that at full power Goku has imense energy. But his durability is no where close to the Hulk's. Even if Goku were to unleash all his power at once, there is a good chance Hulk would survive. True he'd be messed up but that would make him angrier which makes him stronger. (It is a viscious cycle with the Hulk) Then it is an exhausted Goku verses a pissed off Hulk. And then it is just a quick smashing before Hulk finishes him off.
