Nope. But there was a movie with big rigs that come to life Maximum Overdrive. Might have been in the 80's though.

There was a short story by Stephen King about big trucks becoming alive, and I have watched a tv movie about that. Look in imdb.com for stephen king and maybe you can find out which one was.
