There is a website to help called mymonthlycycles.com you just plug in your information and it helps you. But...you have to know your stuff. Keep a calendar for serveral months to see an ovulation pattern. Also know your lutal time (from when you ovulate to your next period). After you ovulate...you start your period anywhere from days 12 thru 16. Same for every woman. Remember...don't count spotting as day one. has to be full flow...the need a pad kind. FYI...if your cycle is longer, means you ovulate later. A perfect day 28 cycle...would get you a day 14 ovulation (add or subtract from yours). Also...take your temp with a basal therm in the Am before doing anything. The day before you ovulate it may vary a bit...but after you ovulate it goes sky high and stays that way until your next period. Buy those opk's...they'll help you narrow your window down to two days. I'd start using the opk as early as day 13...and as laste as day 24. My guess is that you ovulate anywhere from day 16 to day 21. good luck

The way to figure this out is to count backwards. You will have your period 14 days after you ovulate.
If your period is always the same than this is easy to do.
You should have ovulated on the 16th or 17th of Aug.
