You may be suffering from Rosachia (spell not correct but spell check doesn't recognize it), which causes a reddness on areas of your face. It is easy treatable through a dermatologist. They have gels that will lighten or remove the reddness. Your dermatologist may even subscribe a bleach cream for you. Many people have this problem.

your body is trying to let you know you are overheating. try drinking water, lots of water. our bodies produce sweat so we can cool down. we need to replace the water we lose when we sweat, or we overheat. bringing a frozen water bottle is a good idea, even better if you drink it on your journey. water is your answer, you can never drink enough.

Sounds like rosecea. your lucky that it goes away, mine doesnt. you can get a prescription for it before it gets out of hand like mine. then they will tell you no sun,no exercise, no spicy foods, no hot or cold liquids. what is left??????????????
