Depending on which episodes you have missed, you may not have missed anything at all. This season's first episode ("Flesh and Blood") was the continuation of last year's finale, in which Vala's daughter, Adria, was born and began to rapidly grow so she could lead the Ori's followers (by the end of the episode, she was a teenager). The Odyssey survived the battle, but the Korolev was destroyed. Mitchell barely escaped its destruction by climbing in an F-302. which he later landed aboard the Odyssey. Daniel used the ring platform to transport to the nearest Ori ship, where he encountered Vala and Adria. After a failed attack on an Ori ship in orbit of Chulak, the Odyssey beamed Daniel out using his implanted locator beacon, and because he was touching her, Vala too.
The second episode ("Morpheus") dealt with the discovery of Vagonbrei--one of the three planets mentioned by the Governor of Camelot as a possible destination for Arthur and his knights and a planet once visited by Morgan LeFay.
Episode three ("The Pegasus Project") saw SG-1 (plus Vala, minus Teal'c) travel to the Pegasus Galaxy for dual purposes. While Sam, Mitchell, the Odyssey, and Rodney McKay worked to open a wormhole to the Ori Supergate and prevent the Ori from sending any more ships through, Daniel and Vala had a chat with the holographic teacher aboard Atlantis, learning the 'gate addresses of Castiana and Sahal. Daniel is suspicious of the hologram, however, and realizes she is actually an Ascended being: Morgan LeFay herself. Though he is able to convince her to try to help him further, she is pulled away by the Others. Meanwhile, the activation of the Supergate is achieved, destroying a Wraith ship in the Pegasus Galaxy as well as an Ori ship in the Milky Way.
Now, the reason I say you didn't miss much is because the next two episodes ("Insiders" and "Uninvited") were the first of two breaks Michael Shanks took from the show, so the storylines did not advance the Ori plot any. Neither did episode six ("200"), as it was just pure fun!
The Ori storyline picks up again August 25 with "Counterstrike"... in which the Jaffa Nation once again proves how dumb they really are and Daniel and Vala have a face-to-face with a fully-grown Adria.

Basically, the Ori built a "supergate" and sent 4 ships to the Milky Way Galaxy. They have been taking over the Jafa planets, and Destroyed several Earth, Jafa, and Asgard ships. One Ori ship was destroyed (in an episode of Atlantis).
Oh, and Vala (Claudia Blacks charachter) convieved a daughter (immaculate conception from the Ori?), and this daughter is leading the Ori. She will probably be the key to stopping them.
