no they dont. they just pierce ears and cartilage in the ears. also, The people there aren't trained in any special way, they watch someone pierce an ear and then practice on a fellow coworker then they are good to go.

I wouldnt want to get it done there even if they did, are you crazy?
But no, they dont, you will need to see a piercing professional to get your belly button done, failure to do so could result in horrifying results.

Nooooo! you HAVE to go to a tattoo parlor. They can't (or really, really shouldn't) pierce anything but ears with their piercing guns. I think "horrifying results" sums it up nicely...

No, they do not. They will only pierce ears. They are not licensed to pierce anywhere alse.
