There's some great Christian Colleges in California that reflect a Christian sense of today's culture without being ruthless about it. Westmont College in Santa Barbara, BIOLA in Los Angeles, The Master's College in Santa Clarita, Azusa Pacific University in Azusa, and California Baptist College in Riverside.
I know what you mean by strict dress codes. My sister went to a Bible College in MO where they had to wear dresses all of the time even in freezing snow weather. She ended up being sick most of the winter.

Kinda defeats the purpose of having a Christian College if it doesn't have a clothing rule, by which, I'm sure you mean dress code.
After all, are you training to become a minister? If so, I'm sure you don't intend to dress inappropriately, whether male or female so, why would it matter?
