In responce to your question about ouija boards. I have used the toy store brand, a homemade one and one done on the fly so to say (made with paper and a glass). I have had results with all of them. The one that surprised me however was the toy store ouija board. My friend bought one and brought it over to fool around with. We set the scene and began our questions. At first nothing happened but when it started moving it really went. We got answers to all of our questions and then some. The thing that surprised me was what the board said at the beginning of it's answers. It spelled my friend's name out and told her to shut up. Then it said it would only allow me to talk. It has been that way ever since. She didn't give me the board but when ever she uses it the first thing it says is that it wants me and me only. Weird huh.

I thinik in order for them to work you have to have a link to the other side already. If you don't believe in spirits, ghosts, demons, or gaurdians and are not linked somehow with them then it isn't going to work.

That just my thoughts and my story.

I totally believe. I have one. My family and i have used one my entire life. You really have to believe for it to work. People who think it is just a joke will not be inviting the spirits to communicate. I have done extensive research on this and even met the granddaughter of the inventor!! I understand that many people have problems believing, but I think that is just so that they can protect themselves from scary thoughts...
"If a oujia board really works, than what else is out there?"

I'll look at this from 2 ends, the psychological / Scientific aspect and the Spiritual aspect.

Psychological aspect, that it's your subconscious moving the pointer. Let's also look at the fact that we still are figuring out all that the human mind can do, we're just skimming the surface.

Spiritual aspect, these things are no good. You don't know who and what you are talking to, and have no way of knowing if they are harmful entities or deceased family. In general, it's not worth it to have one of these.

Penn & Teller's show Bullshit! proved these didn't. They blindfolded the people using the board and then turned it around. The people were making the pointer move to where the words and letters would have beenif the board hadn't been moved. Your friends knew the name, so they made it move to the correct letters. It's totally fake.

I've used a ouija board and in fact I own one, I'm not sure if it worked or if it was just my friend subconscouisly (gee i can't spell that word lol) moving it..but always be cautious and learn how to use it properly..you never know..

The boards are not a joke and best not to be used unless you know what you are doing. Although the board may answer honestly at first, it is usually a spirit that is tricking with you or lying to you in the end. Best to be careful!

I would advise you and your friends to quit playing with things and forces that you do not understand.

there is no knowlege worth haveing that you can gain so easily.

I am a Pagan priest and a spiritual cleanser,(some label me an exorcist) and i spend alot of time cleaning the negative energies from houses after kids are done playing with thoes things.

if you want answers look to your god/gods

they can work...but the people using it would have to be honest. You never know if the other people are moving it or if it is truely moving itself. I've had my own experience with the board, i've used it when I was alone, which i would not recomend...needless to say I don't own one anymore. It can affect your life in more ways then that one moment.

oh and if you got it at Toys R Us it wasn't really working...your friends were messing with you.
