To conceive you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.

After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. Tell your husband to ejaculate on his inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.

You said that sperms come out after sex. After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up with a pillow under your buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.

Get your husband to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 3 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

You should not try for a baby - period.

Firstly, you cannot spell.

Secondly, you don't seem to understand your anatomy.

Thirdly, you don't seem to understand conception.

Harsh, but totally warranted given this question you have posted here on Yahoo! Answers, it may be you have some level of education but going by what you have posted here it has not shown through.

Educate yourselves, this is the sort of thing you should know even before you have sex let alone try to conceive, you have a hell of a lot to learn, then consider bringing a child into this world.

You are irresponsible to be having sex with this little understanding, it would be horribly selfish to bring a child into this world when you cannot care for your own education and health let alone that of a child's.

Edit: Also do not trust anyone who refers to semen as 'sperms', that you must have sex on the day of ovulation (that is total nonsense, you are fertile for 30% of your entire cycle) and boils the technique of Fertility Awareness Method down to sticking a thermometer in your mouth to check for a temperature change you would be unaware of without learning FAM to determine basal body temperature, cervical mucus and cervical position throughout your cycle prior to ovulation for several months.

This says a lot for the state of the world when so few people know about their own bodies or birds and the bees!

No this does not stop you getting pregnent, this happens to everyone, this may sound a bit weird, but after you have finished having sex lay flat on your back and put your legs up straight against the wall and stay like that for a while, that way instead of it coming out of you it will all stay in, Higher chance.

Good Luck

No it shouldn't be. But to help matters along. Stay in bed with your bottom raised slightly for about 20 minutes after sex.

Most of all RELAX. It is a double edge sword. You want to concieve so bad that you get stressed out which can cause infertility.

Try doing it on the 10/11/13th day after a period - do not wash or get up.
Wear panty hose with a sanitary towel all night and sleep. This should
do it!

I have read that it can be helpful to lay on your back after sex, with your hips up on a pillow for 20 min or so.

If you have been trying a year or more, see your GYN for an evaluation.

no, because the important sperm would have started their journey already ! the extra ones fall out !!!
on ejaculation the sperm get blasted on their way & sometimes make it to their destination & sometimes don't.
It wouldn't make any difference if you got up & done a jig straight after. If its gonna get there....it will. Good luck & enjoy trying.

No the leaking would not stop you from conceiving. Educate yourself about your body and ovulation. They sell ovulation detectors in drug stores and you could use that. Good luck.
