Unlimited power? Yeah!! Okay, if I had that, then anyone who harmed another person would have to re-live that harm from the other person's point of view, every night in dreams, for at least ten nights in a row. So, torture someone once, you get the whole thing back, only ten times, one after another. I suspect that people would quickly start treating one another better.

People listed will indicate my philosophy. Would like to see USA Founding Fathers, Marx, Gundi ({not sure of spelling)}and Pope John Paul locked in a room for a month with the Internet and see what they came up with. Your question has repeatitly been ask throughout recorded history, and every time when one person came up with thee answer they blew it.

I would not be a hard dictator, I would give freedom of choice hoping people would not repel against me. I would create laws that encourage people to be fair, compassionate and moral. I would allow different peoples to govern themselves as they wish, provided they are fair. I would create effective punishments for those who fail to obey the law. I would create effective distribution systems of food and other life resources so all people could share in the earth's abundance.I would attempt to reconcile people to myself and my government, as well as each other. I would even go so far as to pay the penalty of their crimes myself to create peace and show the extent of my love. In reality, in spite of my desire to not be a dictator a time would come when I would have to eliminate many people because many will not want to live in a moral, just and fair world. People are by nature violent and sick and with perfect wisdom I would eliminate those who are unworthy of this world.

I'd eliminate earthquakes, volcanic eruptions and tsunamis and the damage that they cause.

I'd tap the geological energy, (e.g., geothermal and plate movement) to reduce the dependence on burning hydrocarbon based fuels.

I'd require all able-bodied adults to support themselves.

I'd require that all parents support their children and teach them how to become independent adults.
