Today my kid was playing at soak-n-sail. he is 6 years old and he was wear aqua shoe(one's that provent slippery in water) and play there for long 30 minutes. Then suddenly this guy, guess who is working there say my kid has to take off the shoe, in order to play. as soon as my kid take of shoe he slip and fell down, had huge bump on his head. I ask for help, and get paramedic's or someone to help my kids. this guy just laughing and saying that he is ok and keep saying its nothing. and i said because of you my kid got hurt call paramedic. and his respond was nothing he could do, it is regulation. I mean what regulation says i can not call paramedic when kids hurt. I call supervisor and finally after about 20~30 minutes later supervisor call for some one from emergency unit. This is rediculars....

I think you need to call someone in Customer Relations there and make a HUGE complaint.
Your son ended up being fine, but what if he wasn't and they delayed calling for help that long...?

It's probly ok the guy was just jokeing and really though he dident get hurt!!!
