Med School, Law School, Grad School -- You need great grades for them all. But B-School is a horse of another color. Decent grades are certainly looked highly upon, but they're not nearly as impressive to the dean of Admissions as they are at the other post-bac schools.

Your math grades will be important, so get A's in Calculus. You may also want to take higher math courses and get A's in them too. I know the University of California requires math through Linear Algebra for admission.

All that math will help on the GMAT which is the single most important factor in admissions. The GMAT also has a verbal component.

Extra curriculars are good, but there's not one "Must do." Leadership positions in Student Government, Greek Life, SIFE, etc. can help.

One reason that grades are not so important is that most schools are looking for people with 2-5 years of real-world Business experience. If you get a job and show leadership and growth potential, that will make you attractive to B-Schools.

The best business schools will assume that you have no background in academic business and run a 2 year course designed for someone with some experience but not necessarily any academic background.

The lesser schools sometimes insist that you have prerequisites that basically amount to an undergrad degree in business.

Try to maximise the Addmission test scores. Get past tests and practice tests and become throughly familier with the problems posed and their solution. There are many sites on the GMAT that you can look at including: http://www.mba.com/mba/TaketheGMAT .This one has practice tests: http://www.testprepreview.com/gmat_practice.htm . Princeton says this about the GMAT http://www.princetonreview.com/mba/testprep/testprep.asp?TPRPAGE=3&TYPE=G
There are some further links below. Best of luck.

Good grades, if your transcripts look good thats the best thing for you. If you have an interview present yourself in a respectable manner.
