From what i have read on the acting guilds website they say that if you can imagine yourself doing anything else then you might want to just take that up. There are a lot of people out there in the acting biz and it is a hard business and it is hard to get work and keep it as well. Good luck to you if you do decide to take on a challenging career path like that. I hope that you accomplish your dreams and succeed beyond what you hope to do.
