happy.....happy contains life but richness contains death.
I mean death means not death but if you were rich you should be careful theft would come up, and kill you. more importantly happy sleeps well but rich on the other hand die soon coz can not take sleep.
I would go to police station that would be more generous.

Happy. I am not rich, but I do very well, happiness is hard for modern people to achieve.
I would personally have swerved to miss the dog as well.
I would leave my business card on the window of the car and a note.
A. I don't want the bad Karma or guilt
B. There could be a hidden camera, there are more than we know, or there could be a hidden witness
C.Its the right thing to do

Being happy. As for your second question: Shortly after I learned how to drive I wasn't looking out my windows of my car or judging my car too well and a few times gently bumped into cars while backing up, enough to possibly cause damage. I had no idea whose car it was since they were parked there and it seemed no one noticed. I left a note with my phone number so if they felt the damage must be repaired they could call me and we could work it out. It all worked out fine and my conscience was the right guide.

Here is what you should do:
1. You should take the liciense's plate number
2. You should try to read the registration number
3. You should then report it to the cops.
4. You should leave your telephone.
5. You should try to come back in the early in the morning.
6. So you can contact the person in person.
7. This is what an honest person would do.
I know I was in your shoes at one time and I did everything I wrote to you.
To your first question, I would rather life a happy life. You can be happy being average.

What fool would choose to be rich if it also meant they coundnt be happy? The answer is obvious.
If I was insured then I would leave a contact number on the damaged car, in the highly unlikely event that I would crash my car! If I wasnt insured and there was lots of damage I would choose to drive off, and hope that the unfortunate owner is insured full comp! In that let there be a lesson ;)

Drive away.
Any life is more important than the time we spend explaining ours.
It hurts me to think of the creatures I have killed on the road, but I have no feeling for the many cars I have written off during my life.
As for the owner of said parked car, I am sorry, but your life will go on.
Drive carefully, that's all you can do.
Regarding rich or happy, it has to be happy.
That's where I am now, and it's good.

I have NO CLUE what it is like to be rich... so I guess I'll stick to happy...
and...
I'd never hit a parked car... it would be a dead dog if my brakes can't stop me in a straight line in time. Too many people try to dodge and end up dead or killing an innocent person on the side.

most people, i gather, would choose money because they believe that it would add greatly to their happiness; however, it has not been proven that money brings happiness...i would elect to be happy...
on principle, it would depend on what kind of car i hit and my financial situation.
if i were in poverty and had no insurance i would get back in my car and keep driving...
if i hit a really nice car, i would assume that if the owner could afford the car, he could afford to fix it, and i would keep driving...
if i hit a really shitty car, there really would be no point in fixing it, i would simply empty my wallet onto the car and be on my way...
if i hit an okay car, then yes, i would leave my name and number...
