Whats the earliest I can take a home preganancy test?

I'm 12 DPO and wondering when I can take a test. I took OPK tests and they were positive.

You can take it any time.

Just if it's negative and you took it too early, wait a week and re-test

False positives are pretty rare, so I would take another test right now to confirm pregnancy.
