It depends on exactly how young you consider "young".

I consider a young child to be one who is betweent the ages of two and six. If this is what you consider young, than the answer is no for video and yes for computer games. Children must be introduced to the computer at a fairly young age, because todays society is increasing reliant on the computer. Computer games are an excellent way to introduce your child to the computer without scaring them away with techno talk.

I think it's good but don't let them ply M rated games (mature games) There are a lot that tend to play those and since their minds aren't developed well enough, they really feel like doing the things that are in those Mature games.

It is good as long as it is done in moderation without affecting the regular studies and other day to day chores.Playing Video games improves ones reflexes.

yes but you must limit play time to so many hours a day..my son is 3 years old he luvs playing video games it does help with hand and eye coordination...good luck

There are 2 sides to this story - 1: It does help with hand-eye coordination and helps them mentally 2: Doing ti constantly lacks physical exercise in which causes childhood and adult obesity.

Good, if allowed once a week or fortnight.
Daily basis is very dangerous for them.
They would develop aggression and argumentative,
which will be bad for them in future.

yes games are good for children's minds but if you are buying games according to their age like if they're around 8,9,10 they shouldnt play games for teens, or adults, or mainly extreme violent games, but games that are education or force you to think re good.

Yes, it helps develop their spacial, logical, and resource managment skills, aswell as eye/hand coordination, and their familiarity and ability to use technology.
