My youngest daughter has both a husband, and a live-in boyfriend. I can't stand my son-in-law because he kisses *ss, even though I've tried to explain many times that I don't like it. And he's pretty selfish, not wanting to spend much time with his two sons. I can't stand the live-in because he's pushy and argumentative and can never admit that he's wrong. And the only time he spends with the boys is spent yelling at them for something else they've done "wrong". They both call me Mom, which I object to. I'd rather be addressed by them by my first name. I did not give birth to them, so I am not Mom!

Angel, i really do know how you feel, i too have the same problem, he is a biggggg mouth, and he drives me nuts. His whole family are the same, and it annoys me so bad, i feel like telling them all to go .. i dont know where somewhere, anywhere, just not around me, and the sad thing is, that i have 2 grandsons who i love dearly, and they are getting just like him, my daughter has been with him for 12years also. and have just married last easter, much to my horror, i smile all through the wedding, but my heart was breaking, as my daughter loves him so much, and i know that things are going to turn to custard. He is part maori, as i live in New Zealand and belongs to one of gangs over here, as his father did, and i just dislike him something shocking, its his attiutde, it mouth and the things he does, So my heart goes out to you, i wish i had some magical answer for, just be like me and grin and bare it, for your daughters sake and their kids. good luck, god bless..

Sadly no cos I don't have one, but if I did I would do my utmost to accept him for who he was, the husband of my daughter, respect her choice and support them as best I could even though I guess being human I wouldn't always agree with their decision, lifestyle, actions.
Take a deep breath, show him love and you never know!!!!
