Pores only appear large when they become clogged with make up, sebum and dirt. Try a gentle exfoliator daily, with a deep cleaning mask once a week.

Genetics. Pores are not "caused" by oil or other things that may clog them, but if they are large, they are prone to accumulating gunk in them. There isn't any way to make pores themselves smaller, even though you can un-clog them by using pore strips, or gently squeezing (or having a facial with extractions, which is having someone else squeeze them!)

Its just our genes, nothing else. Anyway, large pores are not a problem, they, like cellulite, etc have been made to appear as problems by the companies that sell products to "cure" them. The cosmetics industry is making billions by telling us we are not perfect and that they can fix us - at a price.

Pores are caused by skin oil. It accumulates in the face causing your face to break out. Wash your face daily a couple of times with an oil-free face wash. It helps.
